Coaching Guiding Principles

As a coach, I agree to:

  • Provide safe, nonjudgemental, & confidential space for you to be heard

  • Help you to create self-sustainable strategies to support health & wellness

    • focus areas = improved sleep, nutrition, movement, mindset, and nervous system regulation

  • Hold onto your goals & dreams even when it is difficult for you

  • Point out limiting beliefs & challenge negative thought patterns

  • Guide and teach relaxation practices and mindfulness

  • Provide tips, tools, resources and homework as needed

  • Provide assistance in navigating the healthcare space if requested

  • Support you via email or the client portal in between visits as needed

My clients agree to:

  • Be aware they are the key to their personal wellbeing

  • Be open and honest about health & wellness goals & potential barriers to change

  • Lead visit direction and set small, achievable goals each week

  • Take action, even if it’s messy & “incomplete”

  • Take responsibility in exploring new ideas, behaviors, and actions

  • Establish therapy or other medical supports as needed and if recommended by the coach

Unlike many other conventional relationships with healthcare providers, as a coach, I am not here to:

  • Form diagnoses, prescribe, or offer medical advice

  • Provide therapy

  • Tell you what you need to do

  • Take responsibility for your health, progress, or life path

✸ For those who are feeling ready to take action, get “unstuck,” and to discover your power, coaching is an incredible opportunity ✸
